*** Stay 6 nights, get 7th night free.

*** 6.10 % sales tax and one time $85 cleaning fee are additional.  

*** Holiday and special events may have higher rates and may require weekly rental.

*** Credit card payments are accepted through Pay-pal for a 3% fee.  

All reservations require a 30% deposit.  This deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days
prior to your arrival date.  Final payment is due 2 weeks before arrival.  See rental
agreement for more information. No pets and No smoking allowed.
